Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our high-end clientele.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and grace.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure the kitchen and dining room operate efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring they meet our luxury standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
